As part of our services offered, in-person meetings will be scheduled beforehand at mutually acceptable timing.
For online programs, the schedule is subject to change, under various circumstances, without prior information.
In case of session cancellation or postpone in schedule, information will be provided prior to the immediate session via email or in dedicated WhatsApp Group or both.
Online, self-paced material will be available as relevant from time to time and information to access these will be provided via email or in dedicated WhatsApp Group or both.
Should the services be affected by force majeure, power or technology outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control, depending of the nature of the issue, we reserve the right to amend, reschedule or cancel the session/s, as the case may be.
